What is Per Agent Production? (PAP)
It is well known that the Biggest organizations aren't always the Best organizations. In a sales organization it is important to know how the members of that organization perform. The production of each person speaks to the organizations ability to achieve your sales goals. The individual person's performance is of the utmost importance in the sales process and will be the metric to gauge against others.
What is Per Agent Production?
Simply put, this is the total sales volume of the organization divided by the total number of Realtors in the brokerage. This enables you to understand the sales performance of the total brokerage and the strength of the agents working there from top to bottom.
Why Does This Matter to You?
The numbers matter because most Real Estate firms have hundreds of Realtors working to sell the total volume of their brokerage, however, each year about 20%-25% of Realtors do not sell a single property over a year. You should want to know that the brokerage you hire has all high-producing Realtors focused on getting your property sold.
